Our Breeding Practices

Cavalier King Charles Spaniels has been a part of our family for many, many years.  It wasn't until 2002 that I decided to obtain my own prefix and from there we have embarked upon the foundations of developing my own unique lines.

One day we hope to have established our own successful bloodline and recognisable "type" while still staying true to the ANKC Breed Standard. Our dogs live with us as a part of the family, and this is the most important aspect of Anebellesque Kennels.

Anebellesque Kennels aim for “Quality” not Quantity and our litters are bred with the aim of improving each generation. They are available for adoption by responsible, approved and adoring families. Our puppies are brought up in a loving home environment where they have plenty of human contact from birth, and become accustomed to all the normal noises and goings on around the house. We take great pleasure in raising puppies and then seeing them go on to enrich the lives of their new owners.

Anebellesque puppies are adopted on the “Limited” and “Not for Export” Registers (Main Register by negotiation) and come with a written Guarantee against any hereditary diseases.

All our dogs are health tested and certified as required and results are available for all to view.  Our Cavaliers have their Hearts, Eyes and Patella tested annually and our Border Collies are DNA tested and Hip Scored.
